Process - How a CO2 footprint is generated

All processes relevant to production are analysed to see how much CO2 output they cause. All aspects ranging from the production of our granules (as a raw material for our plastics), the routes our employees take each day to get to work and delivery to our customers are included in the issues we take into account.

The resulting amount is called a CO2 footprint and provides information about how many greenhouse gases are produced at all stages of production. Using this CO2 footprint, we can calculate how much CO2 is released during the production of an order. In order to neutralise this amount, we purchase emission reduction certificates. The profits from these certificates are used for high-impact climate protection products. Upon request, you can decide yourself which projects are supported for each production run.
