Bio-degradable, environmentally-friendly and independent of our ever-dwindling oil resources – these are the targets we’ve set for our bio-film production. Our bio-films are already bio-degradable and environmentally-friendly due to the use of renewable raw materials. But we are, nevertheless, unable to give up the black gold completely, if we are to meet the quality requirements of our customers. That is why our development engineers continue to work on increasing the proportion of renewable raw materials (currently around 50 percent) used, in the hope that at some point in the future, we’ll be able to do away with oil-based granulates altogether. |
